After our visit to the Japanese garden, we decided to continue our immersion in Asia. With primary, we have planned several workshops to open the children’s mind to this ancestral culture. Starting with calligraphy, characteristic trait of Asia. The calligraphy Workshop was a challenge of concentration, dexterity, patience… The children were very surprised by the notion of kanji and the link between these signs and the meaning they hold. Actually, it’s a very different writing logic than ours!

To recover from all these surprises, we organised an oriental lunch and we tried to eat with … Chopsticks! A great adventure!! Fun and lots of laughs largely accompanied the good
dishes that we tasted, and we had a very very good time. Until the next time!

A baguette... Not so French!
